Salmon Puff


I swear this sounds like an off brand, "healthy" knock off of Cheetos.

This is one of those "not sure where this is going to land" recipes.

The mystery mix coming together.

Time to get this in a pan and see what bakes up.

We added some crunchy bread crumbs on top with some olive oil for some flavor and flair.

Baking this was more of a guesstimation than an exact science.

This dish baked up kinda thinner than expected.
So it's less puff and more low riding casserole.


The final result is more of a side type than a main dish.

Mods:
Added crunchy bread crumbs and olive oil.
Baking time could vary.

Final thoughts:
The jury is still out on this one.
Kiddos give a thumbs up.
I give it a half a thumb because it seems like it needs something else.
Head chef was not a fan at all.  We could make this with Tina and some other flavors which would be tastier and cheaper to make.
