Quick Rolls

It seriously doesn't get much simpler and quick than this.

This is the first green box recipe we've tried as a family.

The mixture was more like a batter than a dough.

We doubled the ingredients and it created a dozen of these puppies.

14 minutes later and WOOHOO!!!  Nom Noms!!!

These are more like biscuits than rolls so we decided to slap some sausage on them.

Look at that inside...LOOK AT IT....

These scored a resounding 4 thumbs up from the Christian household!

Mods:
We used equal parts of half and half and skim milk.
Baked them for 14 minutes and then broiled for 2 minutes to brown the tops.

The updated recipe:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk (we used a blend of skim milk and half and half)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients and divide evenly into a buttered muffin tin and bake at 400° for 12-14 minutes. Then broil for a couple of minutes to brown the tops. Makes 6 muffin sized biscuits.

Final Thoughts:
Super easy to make
Very tasty
Instantly a new favorite for the family
4 thumbs up
